If a technical error results in an incorrect amount being credited or debited, KD99 reserves the right to correct the discrepancy. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus balance to cash, you must meet the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each promotion may only be used once per member

The following general rules apply to all betting on KD99, covering both Sports Betting and casino games:

• Once a bet's outcome has been confirmed, it cannot be changed
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, KD99 reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
• KD99 is not liable for any network issues that occur during live betting
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event

If the result of any match is disputed or suspected of being fixed, KD99 may withhold payment on the relevant bet pending an investigation. A final decision will be made based on the outcome of that investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KD99. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening or operating an account using another person's details
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack or carry out any cyberattack on KD99's systems

An account may be closed by either KD99 or the member. However, KD99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months)
• Court orders or regulatory authority directives

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closure — retrieval of funds after an account is closed may be delayed.

KD99 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Responsible gaming features available on KD99:

• Set daily, weekly & monthly deposit limits
